§1. General provisions

1. These terms govern the rental of apartments offered by Ajncla Beniamin Wołkiewicz at 89A Gliwicka Street in Katowice.
2. The Tenant is the person who makes the booking and uses the apartment.
3. Making a booking constitutes acceptance of these terms.

§2. Booking

1. Bookings may be made by telephone, email, through Booking.com or through the contact form.
2. Submitting the contact form is an enquiry and does not constitute a booking.
3. A booking is confirmed once the conditions have been agreed and the Landlord has confirmed that the apartment is available.

§3. Payments

1. The rental price is agreed individually and depends on the dates and length of stay.
2. The Landlord may require a deposit or advance payment.
3. Failure to pay by the agreed deadline may result in cancellation of the booking.

§4. Accommodation day

1. The accommodation day runs from 3:00 pm until 12:00 noon the following day unless agreed otherwise.
2. Exceeding the agreed check-out time may result in an additional charge.

§5. Rules of stay

1. The apartment may be used only by the number of people declared when booking.
2. Smoking is prohibited in the apartments except in designated areas.
3. Parties and behaviour that disturbs other guests are prohibited.
4. The Tenant is financially liable for any damage caused to the apartment during the stay.

§6. Pets

1. Pets are not permitted because the apartments are not adapted for animals.

§7. Liability

1. The Landlord is not liable for items left in the apartment.
2. If an apartment key is lost, the Tenant must pay a fee of PLN 150.
3. The Tenant must take appropriate care of personal belongings.
4. If these terms are breached, the Tenant must leave the apartment immediately at the Landlord’s request.

§8. Personal data

1. Personal data is processed solely for the purposes of the booking and stay.
2. Detailed rules governing data processing are set out in the Privacy Policy available on the website.

§9. Final provisions

1. The Landlord may amend these terms.
2. These terms apply from the date of publication on the website.
3. CCTV operates within Ajncla Apartments to ensure guest safety and protect property. It covers shared areas only and does not infringe guest privacy. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy.
