What time are check-in and check-out?Check-in is available from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. Other times may be possible by prior arrangement with our staff.

Do the rooms have private bathrooms?Yes. Every room has a private bathroom, and towels and toiletries are provided.

Is there a kitchen for guests?Yes. Guests have access to a shared kitchen equipped with essential appliances and tableware.

How do I get here from the railway station?We are close to Katowice railway station — it is a journey of about four or five tram stops.

Do you offer airport transfers?Yes. We can arrange an airport transfer — please ask when booking.

Can I arrive earlier or leave later?Yes. Check-in and check-out outside the standard hours may be possible. Please ask our staff.

Can I leave my luggage before my stay?Yes. Luggage storage is available.

Is parking available?Street parking is available near the property. Cameras outside nearby shops cover some of the parking spaces in the area.
